this is the main stage
The journey comes together on September 11.
After the Youth Edition at Trafo Baden and the qualifier as part of Tanzfest Aarau, the movement ARENA moves to Theater Augusta Raurica. Young talents meet international artists. The qualifiers from Aarau take on established names from the scene. Breaking, urban dance, shows and entertainment come together on a stage that is special in its own right. The Main Event brings the different parts of the journey together for an evening for breaking fans, families, dance enthusiasts, urban culture fans and everyone who wants to experience a great live show.
ONE STAGE. ONE COMMUNITY. ONE MOVEMENT.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The Main Event brings together international Breaking, Urban Dance shows, emerging talent, entertainment and special battle formats. At its heart is the 2vs2 Pro Breaking Battle in the Davy Back format. The teams are put together on site, creating new combinations and battles that can’t be planned. The Kids Battle also brings the audience into the action. There will also be shows, special features and more highlights, which we’ll announce step by step.
PROGRAM
We’ll be announcing the full programme, line-up and more highlights as we go. Stay tuned.
